I went into the game to check it out and it still says the master server is down?!?!?!... how can this be very very stange and kinda impossible in my opinion. Master is down for me and most of you guys but he just went in and joined a server. without typing in any ip adresses or something.?? Wierd wierd very wierd. For anyone reading this in 2019 or later: The RF community is alive on the Community Discord [Faction Files]     naraku KOTB   Posted 25th Oct 2005 11:02pm L4Y Member Post 49 / 389 lol ive already done it. on the server list screen look for the button LAN click on it aand then to the bottom right look for "Add servers" there put the ip of the server u wanna join. and whoever is running the server cant have the port 7755..thats the master servers port that is down. so tell them to change it to like 7756 in the launcheer of rf on the connection tab Animator   Posted 26th Oct 2005 2:27am L4Y Member Post 16 / 354 Has nothing to do whith master port or something. THQ will get the server up end off this week or next week, i posted already the mail i have recieved from them. If u have any IP and port u can play RF. Its not important if it is 7755. Any server , ( most have ) still 7755 on. For our 10 rf servers i used ports over 11000 because we use a level3 internet line. Page 2 Multiple Page Topic : 1 2 3
