man NCF what do you have to do to become staff? ive been playing RF and on this site for 4 years, almost as long as you
i remember when you released NC hillside... nice map too 
i dunno where that came from, but ive never been staff anywhere before, and i didnt know what to say...

I believe that being a Staff member for ANY site/business site that you should always help others who need the help that you may be experienced with.
And playing RF does not get you on staff! lol, I remember all the oldies, Kiliad and his teleporting tutorial thread, the Copy and Paste Queen... If anyone remembers her! lol, just wait for a staff opening and sign up for it  |

If they think you're remotely normal and sensitive to real life reactions and emotions then you can forget it. NCF being a robot, a sarcastic robot at that, fits the bill perfectly |

That's almost correct but not exactly. You become staff my acting like a mature adult(I said acting) you boob.
But read on and you will see that even you can become staff. kiliad was asked if he wanted to be staff but he turned it down. I guess he is the smart one of the bunch.

Actually DM - Fast Rail was my fisrt map. After I made my second map DM - JumpNshoot I began posting here at the site to help others that needed help. Ironically I never really posted on this site before. Neither for help nor to give advice prior to those maps. When I needed help I went and read the Bulliton Board at THQ's web site. It was a lot of reading...too much to even bother.
A friend of mine ({TF}Vixtran helped me most of the time. I know it was a pain for him since I was stubborned and lazy. He even added shattering glass in a level for me because I was too lazy and frustrated with RED to learn how to do face brushes instead of using regular brushes. 
Any way, after a few tens of post Gexner asked me if I wanted to be staff and about after a week I accepted the position. It took me a ling time to make this decision since it doesn't pay ANYTHING and I would be doing the work of others that at the time were making money. The whole thing didn't add up to me. I even showed it to a math teacher and he said it didn't add up to him either. This type of math was obviously too advance for him too. I have left the site twice because of disagreements with other staff members but that was in the past. Now I'll stick around as long as I have......*white noise*

From what I hear, staff position sucks now with the new site because you can only do staff things in the section your staff for. Before you could do staff things in every section. Also staff have less power now then they used to... ex. they used to be able to edit reviews once there posted, now they can't... I used to want to be staff but I couldnt because I had 56k and having high speed was one of the requirements to be staff. Then as soon as I got high speed the site changed, and being staff now is pretty much just extra work with hardly any extra power. |

You are almost all correct, except the part of having a high speed connection... 
With the new site, some my privileges have been removed... 
I basically only have one that I have now that had been taken away before but I won't say which one but it isn't the one that allowed me to go back and change reviews or even delete them when the members asked me too. |

acually monstert, i had my clan 4 years ago, >CP< and we were acually allied with KoRn then about 3 years ago we got sick of it, but in cotober of this year i came back, and im reforming my clan.  |

It was recommended but not a requirement. I was on dial up when I first join this site. |
