After trying for 3 moths now to down load from this site i still cant do it with out it screwing up, it all ways never finishes the file or cant contact the file server. it's had this proble sins the site was re-done. And don't any 1 say its my ends problem coz it not. All other sites i have ever downloaded from work. My friends are having the same problem to and the have given up this site a long time ago. 
This is the only site i can find the map for RF i need. so can some 1 please tell me whats wrong.
PS ill remind again you that its not my end coz people said that last time and i looked it to this and most people that i know in my country have that same problem. its making me angry now!  |

The only thing I can say is leave your computer alone while it downloadas (spanish ) something from L4Y.
I tryed to download the large RFU4 pack over 5 times and it was never finished, when I left the computer alone it finally worked.

Yes i always leave it alone. I turn off the monitor and leave it but still cant download from this site.lol i cant even download a 900Kb file from here. |

Well I found a fix for the problem whiling checking out threads its called "Opera" I use it for downloading files from L4Y. its a good program for web surfing also, but my main program for that is still IE. |

I have Mozilla firefox V1.07 It's great and goes through sites 5 times faster then IE and besides IE don't even work it crashed every time I ever starter it. whats funny is I can't download from this site but I can upload and it uploads twice as fast as I download from this site lol  |

ummm acually IE is the best browser ever made, ever notice how thats all the goverment use? and i will never trust Mozilla its not Microsoft..
and your computer is really bad and/or has tons of bugs on it if it wont load IE...  |

wow...goober u seriously scare me sometimes..
msn is made my microsoft..er a branch of microsoft but u wont use it.. and beleive me ie is the worst browser ive ever used. its not convenient and has so many bugs compared to ff and opera.
also skvlad if you leave the little pop up window that tells you what place u are in line to dl something alone u wont have any problems.
i use mozilla ff in my regualr browing and opera when working on projecs. the only time ie is ever used is when i am cheking my email through msn messenger which requires u to use ie... |

you know i would use MSN, if soo many users didnt complain about problems caused by it and you do know that IE uses that pop up window too  |

If its the best... why is IE7 going to finally catching up with the features that Opera and Firefox have? Opera has been well ahead of IE in terms of features and security for a good 3-4 years... and well Firefox has been well ahead of IE since it was even thought of

If your computer is 'really bad/lots of bugs' then its probably because you're using IE...
I see now why Firefox/Opera have had such a hard time in converting people... they're stuck with IE because they dont know whats wrong with it.

Does the person that has a clue realise that it ALSO removes those Google adds?
Last time I check that was one source(yet a small source) of income for this site. It's like him telling actually telling people that he doesn't want the money, if he is suggesting to use another browser that blocks those ads?
Also where is the handy Google tool bar(on IE) that has spell check? Does Opera 8.5 have it?
Sure Opera "might" be better but it still lacks the features I need in a browser and if you look at the quote you will see that I am not the only one that needs them. |

Blocks Google ads? I use Firefox and Opera... neither block Google Ads by default.
Spell Check? Learn to type then you dont need a spell check |

oh well guys you can say what you want but i will always use IE and not trust anything else, i only use FF on the schools computers, and thats only because the school cant afford windows they use linux lol |
