First you need to model a weapon.
Next you need to texture the weapon.
Then Rig the weapon and arm set with bones.
Use the Bones to make animations.
Export the animation files and model files.

I got one question, why wouldn't you just remove the program and reboot then go into your registry and remove any traces of the program. Also make sure that there aren't any folders left on your hard drive that might contain some information.
Make sure C-Dilla is gone too, thats the CD verification program used by Autodesk and tends to purge itself all over your computer in various hidden files.
Yeah well. Even you would get your weapon ingame it still needs adjustment since its not likely that it is fine in first person view.
There comes table editing and it is quite difficult before you get a huch of system in it.
