You must have downloaded this version: RF Server Assist 4 .exe file has been compressed with win.zip to better suit this site. Which is still a .exe file. The site is messing up those files once downloaded. You can either download the updated version which I put the .exe file into a win.zip file to avoid the error or you can just simply do this to the file that you downloaded: 1. Find the file RF Server Assist 4 2. Right click it 3. From the drop down menu, choose rename 4. Name the file RF Server Assist 4.exe That should solve your problem and now all you have to do is double click it and it will self-install. I hope this is what you are talking about since the actual program goes with a help file to "help" you use it. I replace that file too, because of that problem.
