I know I haven't updated this CDC for a long time and I propably won't do so for another long time either as I've now opened a website for the mod which will be the main place for the news and new media we have produced.
I've made some texture updates for the Moprheus. These updates include new face texture and new coat texture. This new coat looks more like crocodile skin and thus is like in the movie, unfortunatly for some reason 3DSMax added a odd purpple tint to the jacket every time I rendered it, so don't mind that.
After a short break from things I'm now back working with the mod. I already had a 2nd mapper, but unfortunalt due some overlapping issues he had no time to work with The Agents anymore.
I've also discussed with Aztec about using his SF "engine" in the mod and he has agreed to help me out with that, so BIG thanks to Aaron for that.
Lastly if there are anyone who think they could help us with the project, contact me via email or PM. I'm especially looking for talented (character) modeller and mapper.
After a days of silence I've now released few new screens from 2 levels: dojo and Super Burly. I've also released a small sample video, showing part of Super Burly's intro, to view the video you need 3ivx coded, which can be downloaded from www.3ivx.com.

I've made Neo's head, bold version, and put it to the characters page where you can see it alone, but also with old body. Version with hair is under works and should be ready by this weekend.
I've also worked with few cinematics and anims. 4 screens of the opening sequence of lobby level can be seen by clicking the links below.
I finished rebuilding the Industrial Corridor an hour ago. When I took screenshot of it, I realized that it was looking very beatiful and put it as a wallpaper to my desktop. Later I edited it a little and this wallpaper is what came out of it. It's available in 800x600 and 1024/768. I also changed the old screenshot in Levels page to 800x600 version, because the old version is now gone and replaced whit this level.

To download the wallpapers, click the thumbnail and then either save the wallpaper or place it on your dekstop straight away. Left one is the 800x600 and right one is the 1024x768 version.
Now that my computer works again, I've started to rebuild the Burly Brawl level I lost month ago. Some smaller details and final lightning are still missing, but from the 3 images in the levels page you can see how the level looks.

Last 2 days I've been doing this level from Matrix Reloaded. Level is ready, exept coding, cutscenes and possible tweaks. You can check screens in levels page.
Finally found the fault in the head which was bugging me whole time I was making this. Head had wrong shape, it was too tall and narrow on top. So after I fixed those, it now looks more true to the Twins from the movie.
Model is otherwise finished, exept the hair which will be changes completely. It also needs to be go through post-production where I make final adjustments and tweaks, but time for that is in distant future.
Made this today, not that good, since it's my first human model I made from scratch. Was just a test to see how good result I can get and so it propably wont be seen in the mod.
But I wanted to show it here anyway, so you could give some comments of it in forums.
First character model is done and needs texturizing. That character is sentinel and its made by me. Screen should be posted in few days, so check back soon.
I have some good news, it's not yet official, but I've contacted few people about doing the character models for "the Agent" and of them is SNoWs, professional 3d artist who's making animations for cartoon network. Sample of his work, below:
He has been interested of the mod project, but like I said haven't yet agreed to do the models. It depends how much time he has left from his job.
I just have to say that if he finds time, it would be very very good thing for the mod, don't you think too.
I've added 4 screens of LaFayette's corridoors in level screenshots.
I've also made the basement, but for now I'm not going to show it. And generally I'm going to show less images for now on. Max 3 screes of one level, or nothing at all.
When the mod is near the end more screens may be shown, also the coming trailer will reveal something which isn't shown in any screens.
Work whit it is already startes, but it wont be done soon either.
I've now added screens of our weapons in the "Weapons" page. First is Spas 12 and second is MP5k. Both models are made by Deflex and textures are due to change.
Yesterday I and Jokke_r decided to merge our two mods. Those who doesn't know Jokke_r worked and released alpha of Lobby Shootout and was also working whit Burly Brawl and Rooftop levels.
Now that we merged I have 3 maps less to care about, although I'm going to finish them all.
If you happened to visit the CDC just moment ago you may have noticed that the hotel screen weren't workin. That was because I yet again changed them to new ones. Doors got knobs and room 303 brighter light. Now the area is finished, excluding small tweaks I'll make during the mod development so no more screens from this any time soon.
As I said in last post, the hotel level is under development and now I have new 6 screens. They show new lightning, some added things and whole new area which wasn't showed last time.
The small room is still missing, but I'll post screens of it in few days.
Second level I'm building is the hotel from the beginning (Trinity) and the end (Neo) of the movie.
I've finished geometry of the shared area and I'm currently working whit the lightning for it. Because in the first version there are not much lights (only the ones from police flashlights) I will post screens of the second version only. Later when models and such are scripted there will be pics from both versions ingame.
I've started to make opening cinematic and after it's finished I'll make other cinematics, excluding the animations they need but those are easily added in later point when the coding and camera magament is finished.
Also Neo and Trinity have been added. When I add Morpheus and Agent Smith there I'll be posting some more screens.
Those who already visited "The Agents" CDC site notices that it has moved under my name now. But the mod is still the same as it was previously.
About levels; TheHunded has given us rights to use his Chateau level and do required changes to it. I've also discussed whit Jokke_r of merging our projects together into one and the deal is 90% sure, I just need clarification from him.
